Just checking in.. currently none of the composes in https://composes.stream.centos.org/stream-10/production/ have qcows, and /development never had any. So this continues to be hard-blocked.

Meh -- I have no idea how to fix this. There is still no EPEL-10, and we have to get the version from updates as the released F40 doesn't have a working RHEL 10 mock config. The only straw that I see is to directly download and install the build from koji..
