https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-29893 got fixed. Drop the hack.

testCreateDownloadAnOS failure on our CI. Locally, it fails differently. On TF it passed.

It worked back then in #1647, and I'm not sure I'm ready to enable it in the testmap yet, but let's do another run to compare. I want to take out the tmt hack anyway.

Also, I'll take out the workaround on our image. Our image has libvirt 10.4.0, I locally ran some spot-checks and tests work.

Nice, now we can finally update c10s: https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/cockpit-machines/-/merge_requests/65 -- the libvirt QEs have been asking about that for a long time :sweat_smile:
