man out in HTML/Markdown format #17185

Feature: man(ual) command in Linux is a text based output which is hard to interpret to eyes familiar to modern UX/UI based visuals. It would be friendlier if we include a man page and produce the content in HTML/markdown format.

We render man pages also here: https://cockpit-project.org/guide/latest/cockpit-manual.html . Does that work for you?

It's been a long-standing TODO item to move from docbook to Markdown as the documentation source, but nobody got around to it so far :/
