pf: Remove the slash in tabular 0 for bold as well #18706

I made a hack that removes the / in 0 for monospaced glyphs in the tabular numbers. However, it doesn't seem to be working in bold. I thought I added it, but I guess I made a mistake.

Perhaps it's a simple fix?
