Throwing this at CI, this still needs:

Obsoletes/replaces of cockpit-pcp?
Drop pkg/Makefile.am changes as they go in #20000

cockpit-pcp package is obsolete

The Python Cockpit bridge implementation, which was introduced in Cockpit 294, now also implements the PCP channel. This obsoletes the cockpit-pcp package. Installing the upgrade will remove it.
