Rachel Casali commented: Salto and Spruce - two current managed customers did not want to specify IPs to whitelist bc they wanted their applications from "Anywhere in the world" to be able to talk to cockroachdb. how do we account for that use case while keeping security in mind?

This is currently worded as what a user doesnt' want, need to re-write it as what they would want. What is the right way to access the Web UI for managed clusters without asking about IP whitelists.

Update 01/07 VPC peering will likely make this moot
