Rachel Casali commented: 1. What is the user's job and what is our job as CRL hosting this on behalf of the customer? Need a diagram like AWS has on division of responsibilities. Relevant for monitoring but also maybe more broadly as there is confusion in the term managed v hosted v DBaaS v fully managed etc.

  1. What are the criteria we use for monitoring? How much do we do on top of what customers suggest? What are the defaults?

  2. Do we use Prometheus or something else?

  3. How does Web UI fit into this?

  4. Need emails to communicate monitoring - any other medium of comm?
