DataGrip: SQL syntax grammar #30

BNF notation as described here: https://www.jetbrains.com/datagrip/new_dbms/

We already have some of our grammer documented in BNF in this directory: docs/generated/sql/bnf/. These docs should be compiled and sent to the DataGrip team to see if that's all they need.
