To anyone wondering why this issue keeps getting pinned and unpinned, it's because it's very non-obvious that when you "unpin" the issue it unpins it for everyone!

And then somebody has got to remember to re-pin it even though they don't see it on their homepage anywhere...

It's not you, it's us!
