Insights: Add Insights to the Dedicated Overview Page #83832

This issue tracks adding the Insights panel to the Dedicated Overview Page in the console.

We do have design on how to add this info to the Serverless overview page, but I we didn't create one for the Dedicated yet, we would need it cc @dongniwang
