Add Trino Connector

We use Trino to join data across many databases including Postgres, Mysql and MongoDB. https://trino.io/docs/current/connector.html We're looking to adopt CockroachDB and was hoping to use it with Trino. Please create a CockroachDB Connector for Trino. I was told that the existing Postgres Connector can be used as a starting point.
