Log backup & restore throughput in log based telemetry #98132

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We don't have a good grasp on how backup & restore perform in customer environment, and how their throughput varies over the duration of the operation

Describe the solution you'd like Add logs that sample the throughput (MBs/s/node?) of backup & restore, so that we can understand the performance of these in customer environments

Describe alternatives you've considered None
