Hey @Amruta-Ranade , Can I take this up and start working on it? I would start exploring it and raise the PR in October for participating in Hactoberfest as well. Planning to do the to-do app in Ruby on Rails with cockroachdb as db.

I wanted to work on this one but you don't have support for Rails 6 :disappointed: https://github.com/cockroachdb/activerecord-cockroachdb-adapter/issues/34
