gssapi: document KRB5CCNAME variable is supported #10915

see https://github.com/cockroachlabs/support/issues/1088 for details, customers mistakenly assume KRB5CCNAME variable is supported and assume a custom path is sufficient .i.e. export KRB5CCNAME=/home/ubuntu. They will get an error because the proper export is export KRB5CCNAME=FILE:/home/ubuntu.
