Document compound key features affect on changefeeds #11929

Hash sharded indexes, regional by row tables, etc.

the compound key comes through the changefeed
changes to key cause delete/insert
causes backfill of table

Kathryn Hancox (kathancox) commented: Abigail Russell It looks as though the affects of hash-sharded indexes (the KB article) only affects versions lower than v22.1. Generally, we only update versions v22.2 + v23.1 (or the latest two version). Are there still compound key effects on changefeeds that should be documented here?

Abbey Russell (amruss) commented: Any kind of compound key will have the affects listed above. Aka if you update the key it looks like a delete/insert instead of an update
