Check options list & reference to SQL diagrams across bulk/cdc docs #12144

@livlobo has highlighted that often we're referencing kv_option_list on the bulk page when referring to the options. However both BACKUP & RESTORE have sql diagrams that refer to the option param as backup_options_list and restore_options_list. Then on the IMPORT pages this also diverges. SHOW BACKUP page is another place where kv_option_list is used.

For each of these statements the option isn't necessarily directly stated as WITH option = "value"

This issue is to investigate if diagrams need updating, if there is a historical reason for backup and restore pages differing. etc. Should also check CDC too.
