Add Migration example from SQL Server

We have various migration examples (Oracle, MySQL, etc.) on our Migrations page (https://www.cockroachlabs.com/docs/stable/migration-overview.html) but we don't have one from SQL Server.

In my experience, there are lots of customers looking to migrate to CRDB from SQL Server, and I think it would make sense to create a basic example.

Elise Serbaroli commented: currently in a sales cycle with prospect - SQL migration and they are considering CockroachDB, Yugabyte or Aurora - they really like Aurora’s migration tools - I’m struggling to find internal documentation to support their questions of migrating - Jim Hatcher helped me out -

• this article written by Daniel Holt, comparing SQL server + CockroachDB at a high level

• this quick tutorial by Artem on migrating SQL server -> CockroachDB intended as a learning exercise only and not meant for production deployment

• nothing in the HighSpot sales tool listed for SQL Server
