Create "Workloads" overview page #5220

As suggested by @jseldess in #5075, we should create a new section in the ToC that includes overview pages for each workload that comes with cockroach workload. This could be directly under "Reference", like Sample Applications->MovR, or we could place it under the CLI Overview or cockroach workload pages...
