Tightly integrate Netdata with Visus #128

It's difficult to identify and troubleshoot environmental issues and misconfigurations that impact CockroachDB such as networking issues, NUMA misalignment, etc. Netdata is a comprehensive metric monitoring platform that captures high-resolution metrics with several rich capabilities such as alerts, anomaly detection, and visualizations.

This issue tracks closely integrating Visus with Netdata.
