give the ability to use a discord webhook to upload/backup/share selected images

I'm been looking for a tool to let me make a backup of selected images to backup on my private discord server to avoid losing them when cleaning my output folders. maybe add an option to link a discord webhook created by the user, and send selected images as discord messages
