Oh sorry. Whenever installing a new model, malwarebytes will give a warning pop up immediately. Occurs right after the mkdir and method install and codeparam 7B or 13B or whichever one I'm downloading. Yesterday it popped up for both the alpaca models, I'm going to try llama today.

I've noticed that llama models are "corrupted" (atleast the ones that get downloaded after executing the commands). I'll recommend downloading from hugging face or the bittorrent link. That's what I did.

What do you mean, it's not a false positive?

Vr1155 commented 1 year ago

The model (which gets downloaded after running the command) simply does not work on my machine, someone had mentioned in another issue (see: https://github.com/cocktailpeanut/dalai/issues/432#issuecomment-1535483772). Im not sure whether its a virus or not. So replace it with one downloaded from the huggingface
