• AppDelegateから起動された場合（プロセスの新規作成時）は、直ちにタスクを実行するようにスケジュールを試みる

破壊的変更というのがAPIの事であればNoだけど、特に起動時に実行するようにしたイベントログ送信と衝突しないかなど影響は大きいのでYesとする。
