Here is a patch for adding python binding to this excellent library. It's not 
covering the whole API, just the compress/uncompress image.

I've also added 2 test examples for compress/uncompress image from pygame.

Here is an updated patch with fixes for setup.py. I didn't tested the install 
command before, sorry :/
