How to create SVN diff patch file #215

Is there any way I can create SVN patch file for diff.
Tortoise SVN on windows provide this feature - you have to go to SVN folder, 
right click and then select "patch". This will create a patch file of SVN 
differences.

This is needed at places like Review Board.

Please let me know if this feature is available and how to use it.
