Any of those would be a great help for me, our proxyserver supports all of them.

HTTP CONNECT isn't too difficult. I don't know the ZNC API too well, but here's what I did as an ugly hack to get it working: https://gist.github.com/apage43/271f82d3317b4dfcfebd04a3cc8647f2

Is there any planned support for integrating this soon? I'd love to use this module, but one of the requirements is that I need to be able to configure my own proxy.
