Module only works if user is admin #72

When sending /msg *status loadmod palaver, I seem to get an 'Access denied' message.

But if I switch to an admin user, the module loads correctly.

Is this intended behaviour?

Yes. The behaviour is mentioned in https://wiki.znc.in/Modules .

Global modules are loadable by admins and provide functionality or change behavior for all
