About-Dialog doesn't appear due to XML error #3

To reproduce the problem:
1. Go to the extension manager
2. right-click on the "Duplicate Contact Manager"
3. choose "About..."

The application show the following error (german):

XML-Verarbeitungsfehler: Undefinierte Entität
Adresse: chrome://duplicatecontactsmanager/content/aboutDialog.xul
Zeile Nr. 7, Spalte 1:<dialog xmlns:html="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"

Translation:
Undefined Entity in line 7, col 1.

In the about dialogue, obviously the DTD files aren't read so entities cannot 
be used.

I decided to make the about dialog English only. So it won't be localized in 
future
versions. Shouldn't matter all that much since the about dialogue is pretty much
hidden anyway.

Fixed in version 0.4
