I understand that it's difficult for an inclusive western community, but sooner or later we should be able to draw this line, where our values are more important than accepting locals. And where we do accept locals, even if they don't agree with the western culture of inclusivity and tolerance.
What if "local culture" comes in conflict with "values of freedom and a self-determined way of life"? Say rule in Saudi Arabia, that impose the death penalty for same-sex relationships. Since "Our worldview is never superior to that of the people who call {CITYNAME} their home" do you want to recognize and support those actions? Or does this respect comes only for cities cocohub has offline representatives, and locals in other cities may not be respected? [Sorry, this issue more related to community-agreement]
