igvmbuilder: use bootlib IGVM parameter definitions and other improvements #261

Multiple igvmbuilder improvements. This includes removing duplicate definitions of the IGVM parameter structures in the igvmbuilder and reusing those of the bootlib package, which are identical.

@joergroedel I think you applied this manually without closing, right?

Yes, I relied on github to close them automatically when pushing a new main branch. But since my manual merge was a fast-forward without a merge commit, github seems not to have figured that out. The patches are merged now.
