The successful candidate should be a team-player who can work with different types of stakeholders and adapt their communication accordingly. They should ask good questions and define and apply methodologies to answer them. This way they will come to understand our customers and their problems better than anyone else. Thereby, they can align customer and business needs for shipping the best product and iterating based on the data.
