Add mappings to cd to root and home directory. Default mappings are same as vimfiler's.

Thank you for the great PR! Merged with some fixes:

<Plug>(vaffle-open-home) looks nice! And the default mapping for it (~) is very intuitive.
<Plug>(vaffle-open-root) also looks good but I think <Bslash> is not intuitive and I worry about collision with other mappings. So I removed it from the default mappings.
