Steps to reproduce

其他机型没问题，没复现，只有opp r17，操作也很简单，打个简单的app，然后用webview组件拉起一个h5游戏，压后台，5-10分钟，返回去就卡死了，再次压后台，再进去，游戏就正常了。这个很容易搞出来。

Not reproduced on Oppo reno z, Mi 6 and Huawei P40 for webview testcase. Waiting for develop further feedback and demo upload.
