Issue description

在我尝试用性能较差的电脑去跑cocos creator的pc或手机端的网页，会显示webgl上下文丢失，显示出错地方为引擎的地方： image

一般是机能真的不够，比如显存不够，或者编译shader等待太长，也可以检查浏览器是否开启硬件加速以及是否使用独立显卡
