希望自动图集可以支持配置指定的碎图 #17224

Use Case

cocos creator使用自动图集

Problem Description

目前自动图集只支持当前文件夹下的所有 SpriteFrame 作为碎图资源，我看官方文档从2.x就写着“之后我们会增加其他的选择碎图资源的方式”，但是到现在还没有实现。

希望可以支持指定特定的碎图或者支持定制合图构建过程或合图策略，比如同文件夹下不同图片生成多张不同的图集，比如指定大小超过一定尺寸的不参与合图。
