Upgrade cocos2dx release to 0.13.0-beta #14

Hi,

This is an upgrade to 'cocos2d-1.0.1-x-0.13.0-beta release'.

Seems a little bit more stable.

Some files - are just copied from that version (and seems text formatting is changed a lot), for other - just changes are merged.

Compilable, applications start ok, tests - I have tried, seems nothing additional broken comparing to the original version.
