We need to make cocos2d-x-extensions github like cocos2d-extensions #12

I think

we need to make wiki,

and make some developer friendly usage setting.

blow is the cocos2d-iphone-extensions readme example

How to get the source git clone git@github.com:cocos2d/cocos2d-iphone-extensions.git cd cocos2d-iphone-extensions

# init cocos2d-iphone submodule in order to build & run the tests.
git submodule update --init

# to get latest source from develop branch, use this command:
git checkout -t origin/develop

and I hope to port filesdownloader sooner or later.

To be honest, cocos2d-x team has no human resource to maintain / update / test the cocos2d-x-extension repo. Cocos2d-x itself has too many platforms to port / to debug / to test. I'm looking for someone who can maintain the extension repo. If you would like to, please let me know.
