Added GAF into cocos2d-x samples #21

Just a little instruction here:

  1. Please proceed to ../../libs/GAF/
  2. Checkout a GAF branch: git branch release-cocos2dx-3-managed-folders
  3. Open Examples folder to see the usage

Updated. GAF submodule is on release-cocos2dx-3-managed-folders
