compile freetype2 with use the HarfBuzz #20412

Can anyone help me how i can compile cocos2d-x fretype2 with use the Harfbuzz? HarfBuzz library to greatly improve the auto-hinting of fonts that use OpenType features and in label with ttf help to show Arabic words
