Chinese slang.files is invalid

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i select language from file Chinese.slang,show "slang file is invalid."
2.select example.lang is "slang file is invalid",too.
3.I flowed the example.lang to modify the Chinese.slang.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Slang file is invalid.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1 ,windows 2000

Please provide any additional information below.
