Error extracting BootMii dump: "Can't open file nand-extracteda\title\00010001\574d4250\data\lockeddata"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tools/Extract BootMii Dump

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All files extracted.  Some files extracted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4 on Linux, using mono.

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not really interested in that file, so commenting out this line would allow 
all the other files to be extracted:

throw new Exception(string.Format("Can't open file: {0}", extractPath + 
filename));

Same issue here, except that the erroneous file is

nand-extracteda\title\00010000\53552150\data\79.h>C

Allowing to skip the erroneous file(s) would be great!

Additional information: I was using Win7 x64 and both the x86 and x64 build of 
ShowMiiWads

try to delete de Racket Sport save games. It work for me.
