Grading table should keep header row and student name column always on screen #110

Grading table becomes unwieldy when it contains large numbers of students and homeworks. It is easy to get lost. It would be better to be able to see the header row and the student column always, so the table coordinate would always be identifiable.

Two other possible solutions are to create a menu and select from it a student/team and a homework or to optionally hide columns/rows.
