Accepting participant in a competition #1443

In the participants tab when an organizer accepts a participant into a competition, sometimes the API takes time and there is no loading, if you press the button twice, the API is called twice and 2 emails are sent

It should work like this: if a participant is already added, API should return error saying participant is already added
