All submissions stuck at “submitted” and not run #1457

Hello, @ihsaan-ullah @Didayolo

We organized some competitions at: https://www.codabench.org/competitions/2436/ https://www.codabench.org/competitions/2484/ https://www.codabench.org/competitions/2437/ https://www.codabench.org/competitions/2438/

We had another day extension after the ending of phase 1, and the submissions within a few minutes of our extension seemed to work properly. However, the submissions a few hours later are all stuck in the "submitted" stage, and none of them have been run until now. This problem continues.

This issue echoes what's discussed in issue https://github.com/codalab/codabench/issues/1302. Could you confirm if it's the same case? If so, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in restarting the service. Thank you!

Thank you for reporting the issue. The queue is working again right now, and we are actively working on the problem to avoid it recurring in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.
