Tristan's PR merged here to run circle ci #1480

Description

This adds a tab in the Resources view (Bundles tab) that displays the bundles and dump created by the user.

Issues this PR resolves

Related to issue #1364

A checklist for hand testing

[x] New tab "Bundle"
[x] Include bundles and dumps
[x] Possibility to remove dumps
[ ] ~Bundles should be removed when removing a competition~

Aditional functionalities

[x] Change name of the bundle in the tab (add time and/or title of competition)
[x] Add possibility to delete competition bundles
[x] Add possibility to download bundles and dumps (add modal)
