"Download selected submissions" - No way to distinguish submissions with the same filenames

This issue concerns the feature implemented in this PR:

• 1548

The bulk download works well. However, it zips together all selected submissions, even if they have the same filenames. This has two consequences:

• The unzipping is clumsy (most unzip softwares will ask for deleting or renaming the files)
• We have no way to distinguish the submissions

Possible solution:

• Rename automatically the files in the case of non-unique filenames, adding the submission ID.

Another issue here: we download just the submission file, not the outputs

Maybe we should have these options:

• download submissions only
• download submissions predicted output
• download submissions scoring output
• download submissions + predicted output + scoring output

Hi, another issue i am encountering regarding "Download selected submissions": I am getting a bug which results in 26 copied zipped submissions when i use the UI for downloading in bulk but select 1 submission. for 4 files i got 96 copies. The main problem is that the files are all corrupted.
