Mark competition ended/closed #1574

do you think it will be useful to have an option to mark the competition ended/closed. This will be used to not allow participants to send participation requests. We can even make the whole competition readonly when it is closed.

Good question. Sometimes it makes sense to request participation to a closed competition (to access documentation, data, leaderboard, etc.).
