Notification emails ignore competition admins, continue going to the original organizer #2449

I'm the original organizer of the charades challenge: https://competitions.codalab.org/competitions/16932

I'd like to turn management of the competition over to another user, but notification emails continue to go to my address instead of the new admins.

Is it possible to change this behaviour?
