Summary

This PR:

Adds a close button to the platform selection modal
Makes the loan form more realistic
Improves the underlying structure of the loan form by means of CSS grid
Fixes bugs with components positioning (specifically modal window and loan form)
Adds a Copay logo and matching colours

Testing

To test, pull and run locally.
