Summary

This PR:

Removes the login page and all the references and modifies the app flow accordingly
Updates the copy to be more realistic
Displays user data from the form on the profile page
Fixes bugs:
- UserId missing from URL
- Prompts to connect when already connected

Testing

To test, pull and run locally.
