Add "Created by Joel" and About #15

Add a little "Created by Joel Dare" label to the bottom middle of the app. Clicking that should bring up an about dialog with the app name, version, and maybe a link to JoelDare.com.

I've added the "Created by Joel Dare" tag. Still need to create the about dialog.
